This fall, UPFNA invites you to deepen your understanding of yoga through our 200-Hour Live Online Yoga Teacher Training, a year-long journey grounded in the classical teachings and practice of yoga.
Classes begin Thursday, September 24, 2026
If you feel called to deepen your personal practice, expand your understanding of yoga, or become a yoga teacher, UPFNA’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training offers a meaningful and comprehensive path for study, practice, and personal growth.
Throughout the program, participants will explore asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy and physiology, yogic philosophy, teaching methodology, class planning, safe modifications, and practical teaching experience.
The program welcomes both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. Previous teaching experience is not required—only a sincere commitment to learning, practice, and personal growth.
Program Details
Duration: September 2026 – August 2027
Format: Live online, with recordings available for review
Schedule: Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Weekly Instruction: Approximately four hours
Total Commitment: Approximately four to six hours per week
Tuition: $1,500 or eight monthly payments of $200
RYT-200: Yoga Alliance-aligned and RYT-200 eligible
Scholarships: Need-based scholarships are available
Weekly Schedule
Thursdays: 6:30–7:30 PM Central Time
Saturdays: 6:30–8:00 AM Central Time
Sundays: 6:30–8:00 AM Central Time
