Our 12-month (year-long) 200-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training Program is designed for dedicated practitioners who wish to deepen their personal practice, expand their understanding of yoga, and develop the skills to teach with authenticity, confidence, and compassion.
Whether your goal is to become a certified yoga teacher or to embrace yoga as a transformative way of life, this immersive program offers a structured learning experience rooted in the wisdom and traditions of classical yoga.
Through this journey, you will cultivate greater awareness of the body, breath, mind, and spirit while developing the knowledge, discipline, and leadership skills needed to create positive transformation within yourself, your students, and your community.

Anatomy & Physiology

Develop a deeper understanding of the human body and its relationship with yoga practice and teaching.
