In-Person Classes(Mar-Nov)*
No in-person classes from Dec 1 – Mar 15.
During these months, please register for our online classes to stay connected with your yoga practice.
This class is structured for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
New participants are welcome to join at any time throughout the year and will quickly become familiar with the format within a couple of weeks, as each class is unique.
The class focuses on postures, breathing practices, and Kundalini meditation, helping you commit to your holistic health and boost daily productivity.
