Monthly Full Moon Day Meditation
On this full moon day, you will feel an enormous energy at your forehead and crown. Immerse yourself fully, letting the energy flow through you.
The full moon amplifies positive energy and spiritual opportunities. By meditating, we tap into and channel the energy centers in our bodies. At UPFNA, we hold group meditations near the full moon each month, usually on Wednesdays during our Community Kundalini Yoga Class. If the full moon falls on another day, meditate wherever you are.

Additionally, group settings offer emotional support, creating a nurturing environment for sharing experiences.
