Retreat Information, Registration Reminder & Food Menu

Join the Full Moon with Guru meditation retreat in Omaha for meditation, peace, inner reflection, and spiritual connection during this sacred time.


Dear Participants,

Santhosham. We are looking forward to welcoming you to our three-day meditation retreat.

Dates & Times:

Friday, May 29 – 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Saturday, May 30 – 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Sunday, May 31 – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Please arrive 5–10 minutes earlier (around 6:50 AM) so you can comfortably settle into your space and set up your yoga mat before the class starts.


To help create the best atmosphere for a deep and peaceful experience, we kindly request that you keep your cell phones on silent mode and avoid using or checking them as much as possible during the retreat.

Since the venue has a hard floor, please remember to bring:

  • A yoga mat

  • A small seating pillow or cushion for additional comfort (optional)

  • A light jacket or shawl, as the room temperature may feel slightly cool at times


Please wear white clothing if possible. If you do not have white clothing, light grey-colored clothing is also fine.

Chairs will be available beside you, so you may sit comfortably whenever needed.

We will provide water bottles. If you prefer to bring your own water bottle, please feel free to do so.


All sessions are mandatory for all three days.


We are happy to provide vegetarian meals throughout the retreat. The menu for the next three days is included below.


We are especially fortunate that the Full Moon falls on May 30 during our retreat. The Full Moon is considered a powerful and auspicious time for meditation, inner reflection, and receiving the grace and wisdom of the Guru. Being in the presence of the Guru during this sacred time can deepen one’s spiritual experience and nurture greater peace, clarity, and inner connection.


Those who have informed us informally that they will attend the retreat but have not yet registered are kindly requested to complete the registration process. This will help us organize the sessions more smoothly, especially for meal arrangements.
