1. A vegetarian diet is recommended but not compulsory during the workshop period (typically 3-20 days, varying by center/location). Moreover, having a light stomach when you come to the class is advised. Before the workshop, you can consume water, milk, coffee, or liquid food.
2. Attendance is expected for all classes (All 10 hours)
3. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to settle in and attune yourself to the hall's divine energy.
4. Kindly store your shoes and coat in the designated area.
5. Sit orderly in the class, with women on the left and men on the right.
6. Keep your cell phone ringer off/turned off during the sessions.
7. Questions will be addressed at the end of each class.
