Service Description

This class is structured for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. New participants are welcome to join at any time throughout the year and will quickly become familiar with the format within a couple of weeks, as each class is unique. The class focuses on postures, breathing practices, and Kundalini meditation, helping you commit to your holistic health and boost daily productivity. The Kundalini Deeksha process can be explained upon request after the class.
